  • For assignments with A and B designations, room B will be the bedroom that has the bathroom attached.

  • The closest ÍøÆØÃÅ Shuttle bus stop is located at Buffalo Hall parking lot

Maintenance Requests

Massey Properties will handle all maintenance requests for their communities.

To submit a maintenance request:

  1. Go to masseyprop.com.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Choose Maintenance Requests.
  4. For the address, enter your apartment name and unit number (example: Landis Hollow 1A).

Internet Issues

If you experience internet issues, please contact the UCA IT Help Desk by submitting a support ticket or calling (501) 450-3107.

Bikes

If you have a bike, it cannot be in your apartment. You can lock your bike in the stairwells. Follow the signs.
